Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the box to receive text messages, we will use your mobile number to send the types of messages described when you signed up, such as client event invitations, announcements, and market updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver our messages, and they may not use it for any other purpose.

We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit), Jetpack Stats, the Google Ads tag, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and how well our advertising works. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Advertising and remarketing
We advertise on Google and on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). These companies may use cookies and similar technology to show our ads to people who have visited our website, to measure how our ads perform, and to help us reach people with similar interests. We do not give these companies your name, email address, or phone number from our forms for their own use.

Property search. Our home search, saved searches, and listing alerts are powered by IDX Broker and may run on an IDX Broker page (homesbylewisrealtors.idxbroker.com). If you create a home search account there, the information you enter is shared with us so we can help you, and it is also handled under IDX Broker's own terms and privacy policy.
Your choices
- Email: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Your information: contact us to ask what we have on file, or to correct or delete it. We may keep some records when the law or our licensing rules require it.
How long we keep information
We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and real estate recordkeeping requirements.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
