β Check for pests (ants, wasps, rodents).
β Inspect and reseal deck/patio.
β Service and clean outdoor BBQ, fire pits, and entertaining spaces.
β Maintain lawn, trim hedges, and flower beds.
β Wash solar panels if applicable.
β Monitor roof, siding, and foundation for moss or algae.
β Clean ceiling fans and rotate blades.
β Check attic insulation.
β Replace or clean window screens.
